Introduction Of Bolong Fermentation Equipment System
Bolong fermentation tank adopts modular design. The whole set of equipment is mainly divided into three parts: the lower base part, the middle fermentation tank body and the upper operating platform, and is equipped with a complete auxiliary system. The design of each part has been carefully optimized to improve the durability, operating efficiency and fermentation effect of the equipment.
Equipment Components
The entire equipment structure is divided into three parts. The lower base part is distributed with hydraulic station, vortex air pump, oil cylinder, heating system and stirring shaft, etc.; the middle part is double-layer heat-insulated tank, equipment automatic control system, export device, etc. The inner wall of the tank is lined with 304 stainless steel plate, which effectively prolongs the life of the tank and reduces the residual mature material. There is an insulation layer filled with polyurethane foam in the middle, and the outer wall is supported by thickened steel plate; the upper part is composed of wind and rain shed, detection platform and exhaust facilities. The auxiliary equipment includes automatic bucket elevator, exhaust gas filtration and deodorization system and heat exchange system.
