Working Principle of Manure Fertilizer Fermentation Tank

The equipment adopts the aerobic fermentation principle of aerobic microorganisms, so that the microorganisms use the organic matter and residual protein in livestock and poultry manure and kitchen waste to rapidly multiply under a certain temperature, hums and sufficient oxygen environment, there realizing the organic waste Harmless treatment.

It is a continuous system where waste can be thrown in every day and organic fertilizers are produced every day. The bucket elevator lifts the organic waste and automatically puts it into the (tank). Organic waste is mixed in the tank by stirring blades. A special heat exchanger uses the heat of the exhaust gas to heat the fresh air and let it enter the tank, and the hot air is blown out from the holes in the blades.
